New Lab installation complete!

Lake Lucerne Institute has installed and opened a second new laboratory for motion analysis. The newly installed lab enables state-of-the-art motion analysis with a variety of measuring systems including 3D optical motion capture, electromyography, video, and force plates. This new overground lab neatly compliments the Interactive Realtime Lab, in which we use similar technologies to investigate real-time feedback mechanisms for motor learning.

In the new lab, we are looking forward to exciting projects for motor rehabilitation of gait, balance, and trunk control. The lab is managed by Ass. Prof. Christoph Bauer and his team. The lab promotes our vision of rehabilitation where treatment protocols are intelligent, continuous, and seamlessly adapted to the needs of everyone.
