As of October 2023, Cereneo Foundation’s researchers have joined LLUI to gain access to more suitable infrastructure. Cefir’s research lab has been pushing boundaries of research in technology for neurorehabilitation since its inception in 2017. In the Cereneo Foundation era there were a total of: 15 employees, 8 PhD theses, 25 MSc theses, 28 journal publications, 3 transfers into clinical applications and 5 research lab infrastructure developments. The whole team has been looking forward to this integration and to continue its mission as part of LLUI. We are really excited for this next phase and continue all current cefir projects as “Rehabilitation Technology” within the newly established institute.
